Shortly after the lounge carpet was fitted, we noticed a fault, almost like a six inch raised line of tufts, right in the middle of the room.
We contacted the carpet company, who sent out someone to examine the fault, and after many discussions and emails and telephone calls, it was finally agreed by the manufacturer to supply and fit a replacement carpet.
This has been done today, only downside was that everything had to be emptied from the room again...still worth it as it looks so much better now!
