The central heating boiler has now been re-connected, radiators installed and system filled and tested.

All 2nd fix electrics now complete, working light switches and sockets, plus outside lights

House Alarm

We had visit from Alarm technician to install 2nd fix sensors, panel, bell etc, and alarm is now fully functioning

Garage Windows

To make the garage more secure, a decision was made for the builder to brick up the 4 windows...
this is probably a cheaper option than having to replace them all with new window frames, as current frames are rotten. Over time, the garage walls will be rendered to cover up the mis-matched blockwork and bricks
